A double fusion wedding combining Indian and Chinese cultures was a task our team was up for! Aditya and Tanya said ‘I Do’ at the Apollo Convention Centre over two days, October 11th & 12th, 2025. Our lead planner and assistants worked together to execute the coordination of both event dates, ensuring cultural elements were implemented with respect and precision, reception details were perfected, vendors were coordinated, and the clients were left worry-free!

Our team worked behind the scenes with the venue months before confirm all details were taken care of for the wedding day - even down to napkin colours!
